Brainstorm Results

Lots of good ideas came out of the brainstorming. I hope everyone feels that they were able to be heard and contribute. We had a lot of talent in the room and I hope it can be utilized.
I think that timelines should be employed by whatever sub-committees we create. Some goals may be short-term and some may be long-term. Employing a timeline has been helpful to me in the past. If done correctly, it provides a focus for everyone.
